FerrySide booking updates

When activated, this optional program will send automated transactional texts about your booking, bag intake, delivery status and service issues. It does not include marketing. Planned sender: +1 877 552 9536, subject to carrier verification.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You opt in by selecting the separate, initially unchecked SMS checkbox during booking review for the mobile number you provide. Only select it for a number you are authorized to enroll. Message frequency varies with booking activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop or get help

Once messaging is active, reply STOP to opt out. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or email support@ferrysideluggage.com. If you change numbers, contact us to update your booking and messaging choice. Your luggage service remains available without SMS.

Text delivery depends on carriers and coverage and may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Contact FerrySide directly for urgent service changes.
