Information we use

We use booking and contact details, ferry arrival information, delivery addresses, recipient details, service instructions, bag tags and bag photographs to arrange and document luggage service. We also keep payment references, consent records and support correspondence. Stripe processes payment card details; do not include card numbers or sensitive personal documents in service instructions.

How information is shared

Authorized staff and service providers process information needed to operate bookings, payments, records and communications. These providers include Stripe for payments, Airtable for operational records, Twilio for text messaging when activated, and our website hosting provider. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect customers and our service.

We do not sell personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent records are used only to administer the text program, including processing by providers that deliver or support the service.

Your choices

Booking texts are optional and separate from purchasing luggage service. Reply STOP to stop texts once messaging is active, or contact support. A recipient phone number supplied for delivery coordination does not by itself authorize automated texts to that recipient. Contact us to request access to or correction or deletion of your information, subject to records we need for service, accounting, disputes and legal obligations.

Retention and security

We keep information as needed to provide service, maintain consent and accounting records, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements. We use access controls and service-provider safeguards; no system can guarantee absolute security. The site uses information needed to maintain sessions, protect the service and recover booking status.
